Good to know

UAE Federal Labour Laws require Temporary and Part- time employees to hold a valid Work Permits/ Labour Card. If you are found in violation of these rules and found to be hiring employees without the appropriate documentation, it can result in a major fine.  Always ask your staffing provider to verify that their employees are holding valid work permits/ labour cards prior to them being deployed on site.
